What you need:
3 - 4 Potatoes
1 Cup Spinach
1 tsp Nutmeg
500g Fish (Hake / Haddock)
1 & 1/2 Cups Milk
1 tbsp White onion mix
1 tbsp White sauce
1 tsp Mixed herbs
1 Carrot (Sliced)
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Leek (sliced)
1 Cup Mushrooms
4 - 5 tbsp Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
How to make it:
1) Boil and mash the potatoes. (Preheat the oven to 165°C).
2) Grease a large baking pan.
3) Put your first layer of onion on the bottom of the pan.
4) Add the leeks on top.
5) Add the carrots.
6) Cut your fish into 2 cm cubes and layer on top of the carrots.
7) Add the spinach.
8) Add the mushrooms.
9) Cook at 165°C in the oven for an hour.
I would suggest that you serve it with a nice green salad.
